I'm using a keyboard and mouse just fine. What I found helpful is to switch the roll and yaw controls, so that roll is on A/D keys and yaw is on the mouse left/right.

Well fuck, I didn't realise you cant scoop from some types of stars, so now I'm stuck in an unexplored system with no fuel
Time to start over, and to scoop after every jump!fuel goes directly in fuel bay or you need some sort of module to refine it?
You need to equip a fuel scoop (basic one is 300 credits I think?), and fly very near a sun to collect the hydrogen that emanates. The trick is to just get within range to scoop fuel and then reduce to minimum speed in order to take the least amount of heat damage.
And Jess, good job. I'm slowly but surely making my way there, 86 LY to go.

Yeah I bought a fuel scoop, and if I strip my guns I can jump up to 8.5 ly now, just gotta find my way there!

Ok.. I started my game. Quite a way away from LTT 1349, so I used a route planner. apparently with my current starter setup there is no way to get there (I can't jump far enough.) Is there any easy way to increase jump range other than a new ship? I've only got 1000 credits :/

How's the multiplayer? And do you need a joystick or is it easily playable with mouse/keyboard?
